Q: Why is there lunch at the foundry now?
A: The Foundry has decided that every Thursday from 11 to 2, it will feature the local St. Charles establishment Spiro’s St. Charles, in order to provide a quality culinary experience within a historic St. Charles landmark overlooking Old Towne St. Charles’ cobblestone streets and the Missouri River.
